Every project is unique, and I can personalise the workflow based on your needs, but here is a general blueprint of how we’ll work together on your content.
Discovery & Alignment
We’ll hop on a call to discuss your goals, content style, and workflow preferences.
Asset Intake & Brief
Once we’ve agreed on the project scope, you can send over your footage, editing brief and brand assets if applicable. Dropbox is preferred.
The First Edit (v01)
I’ll deliver the first edit within our agreed timeline (standard is 3–5 working days). You’ll have the chance to review the project and leave precise feedback directly via Frame.
Refinement & Polish
I’ll refine the edit based on your notes to ensure the final version aligns with the intended direction.
Final Delivery & Billing
Your final video(s) will be exported as optimised .mp4 files in 1080p or 4K, depending on the footage quality. For initial one-off videos, invoicing is delivered alongside the final video export. For monthly retainers, invoicing moves to a predictable, single billing cycle at the end of each month or with the final deliverable of the month. Please note that my pricing strategy is personalised and value-based to reflect the unique scale of your content. To receive a custom quote, simply share your project scope.
